Many milestones have marked our journey thus far, it is time to take the next step.  God has provided us with a beautiful piece of property in a great location to reach out to all the surrounding communities and schools in the Tri-City area.  We are excited to announce that it is time to move forward with the next phase. We need to build to address the needs of our nursery, children space and adult education space.  The proposed building addition is designed in a manner that will allow it to be the connection to the future sanctuary and our existing facilities.

Imagine a secure children’s area, full of color and excitement; A large central greeting area where people can gather and welcome one another; Senior adult classes centrally located on the bottom floor for easy access.  These changes will allow us to minister and love the new families that God brings to us. Imagine the lives changed and the decisions made to receive Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.

What are we building?
We are building a new 2 story education building and new spacious welcoming area.

Why are we building it?
We are out of room for any additional Bible study classes for all ages, for greater security in the nursery and children areas, and to provide more room to welcome people.

When will we occupy the facility?
A rough estimate is the fall of 2017.

How much will it cost?
The estimated cost of the entire project is ??????.

How will we pay for it?
The expenses for planning and design are presently being paid through our existing Building Fund.  We will continue to utilize the available building funds and the funds from the Capital Stewardship Campaign.  The balance to complete the project, if needed, will be borrowed as approved by the church.

What is a Capital Stewardship Campaign?
A Capital Stewardship Campaign is a church project that seeks pledged donations from members of the congregation to be used in paying for a major construction project, in our case, the new education building.

How much money are we hoping to raise?
Our hope is that we can hit our target amount of the entire estimated project cost over the three year period.

Will I be pressured to make a pledge?
No. Participation in the campaign and how much you give will be entirely up to you.

How may I prepare to participate?
Allow God to speak to your heart through prayer.

How long will my commitment be?
You are asked to make a 3-year commitment.

If I can’t give a large amount, does my pledge really matter?
Absolutely! All pledges matter, regardless of amount.  Give as God directs you.  Honor God with your gift and He will bless it.
